Pour rappel, les marques et symboles olympiques et paralympiques sont protégés au niveau international.

Produire des pin's arborant les marques olympiques ou paralympiques sans autorisation écrite d'une institution olympique ou paralympique officielle n'est pas autorisé et constitue une contrefaçon.

Devant la recrudescence de faux pin's olympiques, il est important en outre de rappeler que l'éthique du collectionneur interdit l'échange ou la vente de faux pin's en toute connaissance de cause sans au moins en informer l'autre partie.

Cette page est complémentaire à l'inventaire des pin's officiels. Elle permet de guider le collectionneur dans ses échanges et achats et vise à endiguer la diffusion de pin's olympiques contrefaits.

Dans tous les cas, nous vous déconseillons fortement de produire, échanger ou vendre des pin's non officiels et en particulier ceux listés sur cette page.

Manufacturing pins with olympic or paralympic brands and/or symbols without written authorization from an official olympic or paralympic institution is forbidden and constitutes counterfeiting.

Given the increasing number of fake pins, it is key to keep in mind that trading or selling a fake pin knowing thats it is fake without at least advising the other party is forbidden by the pin trading etiquette.
